Happy New Year to you too Mr. Janeiro! I really enjoy your blog (although I have to have a thesaurus handy sometimes). Yours and Hewn and Hammered are two of my favorite "old house" blogs.
One of these days I'll create an ID rather than always posting anonymously. But working for the City of Los Angeles as well as being president of a non-profit group requires that I fly under the radar.
